Comments"The Conscious Eating workshop gave me great insight into my relationship with food. Since then I feel more accepting of that relationship. Jessica's words: 'You should eat to grow' are something I've carried with me. This was my first experience of eating as a truly sacred thing, food as something to be truly grateful for. That was a seed which I've grown. Now I'm a farmer, so I really feel that now. I was also surprised at how much I opened up to the group of people in the workshop, most of whom I had never met before. It felt very empowering to feel so vulnerable, yet so very safe."
"This workshop provides a way to think about eating for emotional, mental and spiritual as well as physical sustenance. It also gives new insights into the nature of various foods and factors that enhance their nutritional value."
"Conscious Eating gave me new ideas and incentives for nourishing myself — guidelines for enjoying food in an aware way, very practical suggestions for embracing healthier eating, plus a delicious, satisfying meal using conscious eating concepts."
