"It seems like these classes are a well-kept secret. Perhaps the yoga path I most identified with was Bhakti yoga. I learned by experience that simply focusing on my natural yearning for the ecstasy of God's love brings me into my life. I also learned that in every moment God wants me to feast at his table, and that I am the one that puts my sins between me and the feast."
