Kappy Laning

Statement of Practice

Integrative Breathwork is the most powerful learning and healing modality that Kappy has ever experienced and witnessed. Each client receives support to come to know their essential self, and to heal physical and emotional wounds which keep them from breathing fully and present with themselves, other people and the world.

As a result of her career as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner where her specialty is working with vulnerable infants, children and their families, Kappy has particular interest in helping clients heal early wounds that are often unknown on a conscious level. Such unprocessed and unhealed wounds prevent us from being our most brilliant selves.

Supporting mothers and fathers as they prepare for childbirth and parenting, is also an area of focus. Breathwork is helpful for parents who want to to be proactive about conscious parenting, which will, in turn, support the ultimate well being of their children.

In addition to adults, Kappy also supports children, teens and young adults to explore that which keeps them from being in the world in powerful and fulfilling ways.
