Bodhisattva

The Bodhisattva training is designed to cultivate the capacity for selfless service and the ability to support others’ healing and change in both personal and professional settings. Participants receive deep training in the following central modules, each of which will be explored and developed at every class gathering:

• Presencing — refined breathing and sensory awareness practices that foster the capacity to remain present in every moment
• Cultivating compassion and understanding for all life
• Developing skills to create profound contact with any being to support their psycho-spiritual unfolding
• Developmental healing — exploring lost connections to our unconditional nature through the stages of conception, gestation, birth, infancy, childhood, and individuation
• Bodhisattva meditation — a practice of sequential steps enabling one to be present to all beings and creations with unconditional love
• Expanding our capacity to stay present to suffering and boundless joy

The course is permeated with the caring and compassion of a fully awakened heart. The essence of the class is the willingness to align the body, heart, mind, and soul with life’s creative force to evolve through love. This training teaches one to embody and practice these principles in daily life, thus opening the path of deep, knowledgeable service.

One is also exposed to the theories of utilizing integrative approaches for facilitating evolution in others. The apprentices are prepared for training in Integrative Breathwork and can choose this option after the completion of the class.

Format:
Twelve classes, approximately two per month. Graduates who continue on the path of Breathwork practitioner training will continue meeting.
