Breathwork Training Intensive

The Intensive is a weeklong program intended to maximize one’s capacity for presence, as well as impart the central teachings needed to begin a Breathwork Apprenticeship. Many people who do not intend to become Breathworkers participate in this training for their own growth and to support their capacity to bring more consciousness, presence, and transformation to their relationships and work.

The class includes:

• History and models of Breathwork — from the science to the Samadhi
• Therapeutic theories and processes — psychodynamic principles; object relations; attachment theory; neo-Freudian stages of development; interpersonal neurobiology; temperament studies (Enneagram and Jungian); healing through sound, color, touch and movement; and the interplay of Essence and personality
• Individual Breathwork session for each participant
• Observations of individual and group sessions — to familiarize participants with the phases of breath, deepen their inner work, and prepare participants for beginning a practice and receiving clinical supervision.

Format: Seven day training: 8 to 12 hours/day. 

Schedule: October 25th – 31st, 2023

• October 25, 26, and 27 – 10am – 6pm
• October 28 – 10am – 10pm
• October 29 & 30 – 10am – 8pm
• October 31 – 9am -4pm

Tuition: $200 deposit due at time of registration. Tuition total $1200 including deposit. Payment plans available – please contact Inspiration for more details.

(Students wishing to take the intensive for a second or third time are eligible for a reduced tuition of $750.)

Prerequisites: Awakening, Spiritual Apprenticeship, Essence, and Bodhisattva courses.
